If you’re on Chrome, right click the video and hit Inspect, then right click again, select Copy, then Copy Element. Paste it into word or notepad and y ou’ll see a group of links for jpg, mp4 and webm.

Just change the extension to gif:

Yeah, you’d have to convert it at that point. Easy enough to do by app or with a program, but easier just to avoid it altogether.
